Sports Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star personalized sports coaching including assessments, tailor-made programs, and client follow-up
• Lead individual and group sessions (muscle strengthening, yoga, pilates, reformer)
• Conduct aquatic classes for individuals and groups in indoor and outdoor pools
• Propose and animate new sports and wellness activities
• Manage the fitness room and pools, ensuring equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
• Collaborate closely with the Spa teams
• Maintain client areas in impeccable condition to uphold brand image

Requirements

• Expert in personalized coaching and sports programming
• Mastery of Pilates (including reformer), muscle strengthening, and yoga
• Professional posture suitable for a 5-star environment
• Sports coaching diploma (BPJEPS, DEJEPS or equivalent)
• BNSSA/MNS certification is a plus
• Strong team spirit and excellent presentation skills
