Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with many more sites in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled games promptly and enforce game rules effectively
• Manage game pace to ensure a balance between safety and competitiveness
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and other officials
• Keep accurate records of game scores, fouls, and player participation
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Attend training sessions and certification courses as required

Requirements

• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations
• Understanding of game management and conflict resolution
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to make confident and impartial decisions under pressure
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to see and hear clearly to make accurate calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a soccer referee
• Certification as a referee through U.S. Soccer or other governing body
