Sponsorships Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the sponsorship strategy and partnership portfolio across assigned regulated markets
• Lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of sponsorship opportunities
• Act as the primary relationship owner for key regulated-market partners
• Collaborate with Country Managers to align sponsorship strategies with local market objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operational management of sponsorship partnerships
• Ensure all sponsorship activity complies with local regulatory frameworks and advertising standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance using defined KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Manage sponsorship budgets to ensure disciplined spend and clear ROI
• Provide leadership and functional oversight to team members supporting regulated-market sponsorships

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing sponsorships or brand marketing in regulated environments
• Proven ability to lead and optimize sponsorship portfolios
• Strong understanding of advertising standards and compliance frameworks
• Experience developing market-specific sponsorship strategies
• Ability to manage relationships with rights holders and agencies at a strategic level
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into recommendations
• Confident communicator experienced in presenting to senior stakeholders
