Sponsorships and Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the national event master calendar in ClickUp
• Develop written activation plans for every sponsorship
• Lead flagship campaigns from strategy through to partner alignment and content cadence
• Manage the national PR calendar and PR agency day to day
• Partner with regional commercial and marketing teams to plan and activate regional events
• Curate and manage VIP guest lists including transport and hospitality
• Plan and deliver office and fleet branding across regional offices
• Build and maintain the Tier 1 and Tier 2 sponsorship pipeline
• Submit weekly, pre-event, post-event, and monthly flagship campaign reports
• Attend and lead major portfolio events nationally, including weekends and evenings

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, PR or related field
• Minimum 5 years in event management, sponsorship, brand activation or PR
• At least 2 years at senior or management level
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent events with budget ownership
• Experience managing a PR agency and delivering national media coverage
• Proficiency in ClickUp is required
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project or event management certification
• Experience with sports or community events
