About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued participation
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor sponsorship solutions
  • Create compelling sales presentations communicating event value propositions
  • Engage with clients proactively via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to exceed goals
  • Maintain customer database accuracy and conduct regular data clean-up
  • Support Finance/Billers in collecting required deposits or balances

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
  • 2+ years in B2B sales or event sales
  • Proven track record of hitting large sales revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and trust-building abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales methodologies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sponsorships, digital, tradeshow, or conference sales
