About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued participation
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor sponsorship solutions
- Create compelling sales presentations communicating event value propositions
- Engage with clients proactively via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to exceed goals
- Maintain customer database accuracy and conduct regular data clean-up
- Support Finance/Billers in collecting required deposits or balances
Requirements
- Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
- 2+ years in B2B sales or event sales
- Proven track record of hitting large sales revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and trust-building abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and sales methodologies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sponsorships, digital, tradeshow, or conference sales
