Sponsors Production Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the workstream for sponsor activations
• Build and maintain production timelines, decision-making trackers, and budget trackers
• Report workstream status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for content and experiential activations, including onsite load-in and load-out
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Brand Partnerships teams
• Prepare design and production briefs and monitor brand guidelines
• Manage end-to-end client services including campaigns, shoots, and content initiatives
• Liaise with vendors, agencies, and freelancers for quotes and bookings
• Assist with budget tracking, POs, and invoicing

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in large-scale event production
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, logistics, and onsite event operations
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, budgets, and complex timelines
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
