Spiral Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work attitude and comply with all safety practices, including LOTO and JSA participation
• Operate tools, rolling stock (forklifts and pallet jacks), and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform troubleshooting, general maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Execute various production tasks related to the manufacturing of spiral wound filters and laterals
• Document production events and maintain accurate records
• Identify quality defects in raw and finished materials to ensure high standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs safely and repeatedly throughout a shift
• Ability to perform repetitive work while standing for long periods
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to undergo random drug testing and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Previous experience in production, assembly, or filter manufacturing
