About the Company

Welcome to the largest spine clinic in the Nordics! We strive to be a complete spine clinic where we use the collective competence of the entire clinic to keep the patient in focus and deliver the best quality of care. We operate large volumes and perform lumbar, cervical, and simpler neurosurgery. We always strive to improve care for our patients and are at the forefront of introducing new treatment methods. Research is also conducted at the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform spine surgeries independently
• Work to achieve high-quality care in daily operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient safety, patient interaction, and care quality
• Participate in regular team meetings to review current cases, discuss indications, and surgical results

Requirements

• Experienced spine surgeon capable of performing spine surgeries independently
• High sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and colleagues
• High level of ambition and commitment to patient care
