Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and therapy of all forms of swallowing, speech, and voice disorders
• Focus on stroke patients, neurological early rehabilitation, and Parkinson's disease within complex therapies
• Close collaboration within a multidisciplinary team in an acute medical setting including emergency, intermediate care, and intensive care units

Requirements

• Completed training as a Speech Therapist (Logopädie)
• Or a degree in Clinical Linguistics, Speech Therapy, or Linguistics
• Experience working with neurological patients
• Patient- and service-oriented approach
• Strong teamwork, empathy, and communication skills
