Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct 1:1 Speech Therapy sessions and assessments
• Implement client goals and objectives through treatment intervention and data collection
• Write clinical reports and progress reports based on testing outcomes
• Collaborate with related clinicians, Case Supervisors, and Team Leaders
• Develop session materials and home programs for clients
• Train parents in the facilitation of home programs and provide feedback
• Maintain accurate documentation and data on electronic devices
• Participate in client clinic team meetings and mandatory staff meetings
• Ensure therapy areas are clean and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a clinical pediatric setting
• Fluency in Arabic
• Valid DOH/DHA/MOH licensure (or eligibility for renewal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working with children

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Basic Life Support
• Experience with electronic data collection systems
