Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 speech therapy treatment and assessments to children and young adults.
• Conduct clinical assessments, write detailed reports, and develop individualized goals and objectives.
• Collect and analyze client data using electronic devices to track progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA and OT clinicians, to ensure goal standardization.
• Develop and implement home programs and provide training and feedback to parents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and upload required data to meet health authority requirements.
• Participate in clinical team meetings, staff meetings, and mandatory training workshops.
• Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience in a pediatric facility.
• Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH licensure (or eligibility for renewal).
• Native or professional fluency in Arabic (required).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience working directly with children with developmental difficulties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience with electronic data collection systems.
