Speech Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an allocated caseload, delivering therapeutic services in line with timelines and clinical protocols
• Conduct clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in current best practice and monitor progress
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and participant records in compliance with NDIS and regulatory standards
• Educate and empower families and caregivers by providing strategies to support therapeutic goals in everyday settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Post-graduation experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
• Proactive attitude with a motivation for continuous improvement and learning
