Speech & Language Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist speech and language therapy to children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, developmental trauma, and SEN
• Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to personalised care plans
• Provide therapeutic input within both educational and residential settings
• Offer guidance and training to staff to ensure clinically informed environments
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teams and families
• Work collaboratively with a large network of clinical professionals

Requirements

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs
• Ability to support teams around the child to create therapeutic environments
• Effective communication, training, and clinical role model skills
• Highly organised and proactive approach
