Speech-Language Pathology PhD/EdD Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more graduate-level courses during the 2026 spring and/or summer semesters
• Deliver classroom and clinic instruction focused on student-centered learning
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and effective virtual course offerings to engage students
• Guide students along career pathways through collaborative instruction

Requirements

• PhD or EdD as a terminal degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
• Graduate-level teaching experience in courses related to motor speech, fluency, or voice and resonance disorders
• Recent experience with virtual or online teaching in a higher education program
• Proven competence in engaging students through various instructional methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent clinical practice experience working with patients with communication disorders
• Recent clinical instruction experience at the graduate level
• Experience utilizing case-based teaching methods
• Expertise in teaching professional issues and ethics
