Responsibilities

• Support SLPs with individual and group therapy sessions
• Implement treatment plans and track student progress
• Build meaningful connections with students and their families
• Maintain organized and TEA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and communicate with SLP supervisors and caregivers

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in an SLPA program (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• SLPA certification or eligibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric or school-based experience
• Bilingual skills
