Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients with speech or language disorders according to individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and report updates to parents and the agency
• Recommend home activities for parents to supplement the child's speech therapy program
• Conduct periodic re-evaluations to measure progress following professional guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to review client skills demonstrated during sessions
• Stay current with professional literature and attend continuing education seminars

Requirements

• NJ Speech and Language Pathology license
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to formulate and implement individualized treatment programs
