About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat clients with speech or language disorders according to individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report updates to parents and the agency
- Recommend home activities for parents to supplement the child's speech therapy program
- Conduct periodic re-evaluations to measure progress following professional guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to review client skills demonstrated during sessions
- Stay current with professional literature and attend continuing education seminars
Requirements
