Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized therapy plans to help children thrive
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) for outpatient pediatrics
• Manage a diverse caseload in the outpatient clinic and NICU Follow-Up Clinic
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress
• Provide clear, timely documentation that meets payer and state guidelines

Requirements

• Current Montana Speech Language Pathologist license (or obtained upon hire)
• Expertise in pediatric feeding and Outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
• Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification (or must obtain within six months)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience post-CFY
• Experience working with patients from birth through age 18
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
