MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including ABA, Speech and OT.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate communication, language, feeding, and swallowing skills using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and co-treatment therapy services
  • Maintain a billable caseload of 26 hours with timely documentation and compliance
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for Speech clinicians, Clinical Fellows, and students
  • Partner with the Clinical Director to support department operations and quality initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and implementation of department programs
  • Collaborate with Scheduling and Clinical Leadership to support continuity of care
  • Manage weekly audits of Speech equipment and materials onsite
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client or family questions related to Speech services
  • Facilitate PTO coverage and same-day case movements due to clinician callouts

Requirements

  • Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP with the pediatric population
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently and use critical thinking in a collaborative environment
