Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the Naples community
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems
