About the role
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development
- Utilize a parent coaching model when working with families
- Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, and center or home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team
- Provide home-based services to families across the assigned catchment area
- Collaborate with community providers, including medical providers and social service agencies, to ensure continuity of care
- Provide service coordination for assigned caseloads, including the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP)
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency or status as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a laptop and cell phone
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of pediatric experience
- Bilingual or bicultural skills
