Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development
• Utilize a parent coaching model when working with families
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, and center or home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team
• Provide home-based services to families across the assigned catchment area
• Collaborate with community providers, including medical providers and social service agencies, to ensure continuity of care
• Provide service coordination for assigned caseloads, including the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP)

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency or status as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a laptop and cell phone

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of pediatric experience
• Bilingual or bicultural skills
