Speech and Language Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive assessment and intervention services for children and young people within FOLS and FCAMHS
• Conduct detailed evaluations of speech, language, and communication needs
• Devise and implement tailored therapy programmes
• Monitor and review patient progress
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care
• Engage with families and carers to support therapeutic goals
• Travel across West Yorkshire to various community sites

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Extensive experience in paediatric speech and language therapy
• Experience within forensic and community settings preferred
• Expertise in managing complex speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to work independently and travel across West Yorkshire
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and multidisciplinary collaboration
