- Train and supervise junior staff

- Manage caseloads and maintain accurate patient records in adherence to NHS policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with communication and swallowing disorders
- Specialist clinical training in relevant areas
- Experience in audit and research
- Knowledge of Clinical Governance
- Leadership and supervision skills
