Speech and Language Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and manage adult inpatients with acquired swallowing and communication difficulties
• Support patients with respiratory, cardiac, and critical care conditions
• Work as part of the adult respiratory and critical care multidisciplinary team
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
• Extensive experience in adult respiratory and critical care
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Competencies in tracheostomy care
