Speech and Language Therapist

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload for pupils aged 4-16 with complex needs and Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership to the therapy team
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver cost-effective services
• Oversee pupil referrals and therapy service optimization
• Manage financial and resource allocation within the therapies department
• Champion continuous professional development to maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification
• HCPC registration
• Experience working with children or adults with communication needs
• Knowledge of clinical governance principles and audit processes
• Valid driver's license
