About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a clinical caseload of adult patients, including those with dysphagia
- Collaborate with Band 7 Speech and Language Therapists on clinical projects and service developments
- Coordinate the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy services across community hospitals, nursing/residential care homes, patients' homes, and community clinics
- Contribute to the advancement of the service and enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Proven experience with adult caseloads and dysphagia
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
