Responsibilities

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care
- Liaise with families and carers to support therapeutic goals
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and intervention
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- HCPC Registration
