Responsibilities

As this is a speculative application, roles may vary across our interdisciplinary teams. Potential areas of contribution include:

• Scientific research and development in oligonucleotide chemistry or molecular biology
• Laboratory support, synthesis, and analytics
• Quality management and regulatory support
• Operational roles in finance, supply chain, HR, or project management
• Technical assistance and clean room operations

Requirements

• Training as a technical assistant (chemistry), chemist, pharmacist, laboratory technician, or a degree in chemistry/bioanalytics
• Professional experience in areas such as synthesis, analytics, GMP-regulated environments, quality management, or business operations (HR, Finance, Supply Chain)
• Commitment, responsibility, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit and respectful, open communication
• Flexibility to work in an agile environment
