About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide spectrum engineering support for Counter Uncrewed Systems (CuXS) and electronic emitters
  • Support Frequency Spectrum Certification and authorization activities with Government stakeholders
  • Prepare and review RF spectrum documentation, including standardized RF/130i forms
  • Conduct spectrum analysis to identify interference risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support site surveys, system integration, and test events requiring RF analysis
  • Develop technical reports and briefings for program leadership and Government sponsors
  • Coordinate with engineering and operational teams to ensure lifecycle spectrum compliance

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Secret clearance required and Top Secret eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a STEM discipline with 3+ years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Navy or DoD Frequency Spectrum Certification processes
  • Familiarity with RF/130i documentation and spectrum coordination
  • Experience supporting fielded systems, site surveys, or RF emitter test events
  • Background in RF systems, electronic warfare, radar, or communications systems
