Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify measurements of construction works
• Prepare settlements for completed works and progress reports
• Analyze project and contract documentation
• Collaborate with site management, subcontractors, and the Client regarding settlements and work progress
• Monitor the quantity of completed works in relation to the project budget and schedule
• Prepare data for claims, additional works, and contract changes
• Prepare quantitative summaries and settlement documentation

Requirements

• Higher technical education in construction or a related field
• Experience in construction measurements or settlements (experience with railway contracts is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
