Specification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Sales Specifications and Technical Data Sheets to ensure safe and compliant product marketing
• Upload and maintain specification documents within SAP DMS
• Coordinate the timely issuance of Sales Specifications for branded and multi-sourced products
• Liaise with Product Managers, MDM, and suppliers to approve new sources and resolve regulatory compliance issues
• Compare specifications for multi-sourced materials and highlight key differences
• Conduct portfolio and industry reviews of existing documentation and re-validate existing files
• Support Quality Teams during external site audits and accreditations
• Maintain accurate safety information on company computer systems and assist the SDS Team

Requirements

• Must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Self-motivated, focused, and flexible approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Chemistry
• Previous experience using SAP (training can be provided)
