Specification Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive specification selling across building, industrial, and infrastructure projects, including commercial and residential developments.
• Influence early-stage project design by engaging with consultants, developers, architects, and government bodies.
• Ensure Sika solutions are included in BOQs, tender specifications, and approved vendor lists.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with key stakeholders and PMCs.
• Partner with zonal sales teams to convert specifications into project orders and support technical submissions.
• Manage the project pipeline using CRM/Salesforce and provide regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams to secure approvals and support site mock-ups and trials.

Requirements

• B Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management with developers, consultants, and government authorities.
• Strong ability to deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management.
