Specialty Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of approximately 75 travel consultants
• Onboard new and returning team members, including technology setup and support
• Manage team schedules in partnership with HR and workforce management, including time off and training updates
• Oversee payroll submissions and resolve pay discrepancies
• Coordinate technology updates, pilot testing, and team communications regarding system changes
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new accounts and clients
• Communicate business updates, process changes, and work expectations to the team

Requirements

• Strong leadership abilities and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Professional proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office

• Previous leadership experience in a large team environment
