Specialty Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional service at the pick-up counter
• Answer patient calls and assist with medication-related questions
• Support pharmacy operations using Epic and Willow Ambulatory
• Collaborate with a team to ensure patient medication adherence

Requirements

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacy technician experience
