About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process prescriptions at designated filling stations along the conveyor belt
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and station queues
  • Manage and stock received pharmacy inventory
  • Package orders securely for shipment to patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of filling stations
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure patient needs are met
  • Meet daily pharmacy goals to ensure timely delivery to patients
  • Communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • State Board of Pharmacy registration (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
