About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Specialty Liaison team to provide high-quality patient experiences in specialty clinics
- Coach and develop liaison teams through consistent performance feedback and training
- Facilitate communication between liaisons, pharmacy, and clinic teams
- Meet operational targets regarding clinic service, growth, and patient satisfaction
- Establish relationships with health system stakeholders including clinic leadership and pharmacy teams
- Ensure team accountability for prior authorizations, financial assistance, and patient outreach
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment with direct patient/clinician contact
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to manage individual performance against quantitative metrics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience
- National Certification as a CPhT or prior experience as a licensed pharmacy technician
- Experience in retail, hospital, or provider settings communicating with physicians and nurses
