Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch patient support, managing the journey from onboarding through refills
• Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
• Monitor and promote medication adherence
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• CPhT certification
• 5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience
