Specialty Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Shift Supervisor Operations, Badging, VIP Concierge, and Special Events programs
• Serve as primary liaison between the client and internal operations, scheduling, and field teams
• Ensure operational excellence, incident management, quality assurance, and post checks
• Oversee daily badging operations including issuance, replacements, and compliance
• Coordinate executive and VIP visits, talent movements, and concierge-level service
• Plan and execute screenings, premieres, executive visits, and special events
• Manage client relationships and represent MSC professionally in all communications
• Identify training needs, coach supervisors, and facilitate in-service training
• Maintain operational readiness of security equipment including Open Gate, Yondr, and wands
• Conduct operational debriefs, after-action reports, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Leadership experience in security operations or facilities management
• Proven client-facing management and relationship-building skills
• Experience coordinating special events, executive protection, or VIP services
• Familiarity with badging, access control, or credentialing operations
• Strong incident management and risk identification capabilities
• Excellent communication, coaching, and personnel development skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accountability
