About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate Asset-Based Lending (ABL) accounts within the Commercial Banking Capital Finance group
- Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients and share relevant information with coverage partners
- Analyze complex client portfolios regarding cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, and collateral
- Partner with coverage teams to identify opportunities for loan modifications, renewals, and refinancings
- Perform regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
- Collaborate with functional partners to resolve client servicing requests and inquiries
- Mentor lower-level staff and contribute to large-scale planning for business objectives
Requirements
- 2+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience including credit evaluation and risk assessment
- Knowledge of large corporate lending and Capital markets
- Experience reviewing and interpreting loan documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles and client relationship management
