About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day clinical care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings
- Participate in the O&G on-call rota, including labour ward cover
- Work alongside Consultants, Registrars, and Junior Doctors to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
- Engage in antenatal clinics, emergency gynaecology, and elective theatre sessions
Requirements
- Full GMC registration or eligibility to register
- MRCOG qualification
- Paid NHS experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Ability to work independently in core areas of Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the NHS
- Completion of Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) or equivalent
- Interest in subspecialty areas such as maternal medicine, fetal medicine, or urogynaecology
