About the role
Responsibilities
- Work across older adult mental health services, including Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) and inpatient settings
- Conduct psychiatric assessments
- Contribute to treatment and care planning
- Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality mental health services for older adults
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical meetings
- Maintain documentation in accordance with NHS standards
Requirements
