Specialty Development Executive - Clinical Specialties

Responsibilities

• Communicate and sell the benefits of Labcorp commercial products to specialties including Neurology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Urology, and Surgery Centers
• Meet and exceed sales goals to achieve maximum growth within the assigned Florida territory
• Build and execute an annual business plan with regular quarterly updates
• Cold call and develop a sales pipeline to ensure ongoing revenue achievement
• Forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in line with a 90-day quota
• Perform in-services, training, and implementation for physician staff and pertinent personnel
• Manage travel logistics effectively to maximize sales productivity
• Update all customer account information within CRM Data Management Systems
• Provide ongoing customer support, product education, and market updates to the current customer base

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 5 years of outside sales and/or account management experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or medical equipment sales
• Proven success in bringing in new business and managing a book of business
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
