About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Promote TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals within approved labeling and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive product demand through education on disease states and product information.
  • Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement issues by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix team members.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding and communicating customer needs and goals.
  • Coordinate with patient services and market access teams to support account needs and business goals.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on various site of care options.
  • Manage territory activity, administrative duties, and promotional budgets accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with 2 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; OR
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; OR
  • Associate degree with 10 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time, including some overnight and weekend commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with buy-and-bill, biologics, or infusion products.
  • Sales experience in Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, or rare/specialty disease states.
  • Strong understanding of site of care and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience working with large institutions and integrated delivery networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
