About the role

Responsibilities

  • Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive product demand
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to exceed annual sales goals
  • Manage total territory accounts within the Dallas, TX region, including Plano, McKinney, and Tyler
  • Address issues related to access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders
  • Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site of care options and disease state information
  • Coordinate with patient services and market access teams to achieve business goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely communication regarding territory activity and market feedback
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, including the PhRMA code

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
  • OR Associate degree and 6 years of relevant sales experience
  • OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time, including some overnight and weekend commitments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with buy-and-bill models
  • Background in biologics, infusion, or specialty disease states (Endocrinology or Ophthalmology)
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
  • Strong knowledge of site of care and reimbursement processes
