About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent UPLIZNA to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive product demand and sales
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals
- Manage total territory accounts, addressing issues related to access, pull-through, and reimbursement
- Coordinate with patient services, market access, and other field teams to meet account needs
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on disease states, product information, and site of care options
- Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and communicating client needs and goals
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, including the PhRMA code
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience in reimbursement navigation and patient access coordination
- Ability to travel approximately 80%, including some overnight and weekend commitments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Hematology, or Neurology
- Proven success with buy-and-bill models or biologic/infusion products
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and educate diverse audiences on complex disease states
