Specialpedagog

Responsibilities

• Join the student health team (EHT) alongside the counselor, school nurse, career counselor, and principal
• Collaborate closely with teachers to develop special pedagogical competence and support students in need
• Lead development projects
• Manage documentation including pedagogical investigations and action programs
• Act as an advisor on pedagogical issues at various levels within the organization

Requirements

• Good knowledge of school governing documents and the ability to apply them
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, guardians, and educators
• Coaching approach with a structured and flexible mindset
• Ability to work long-term, set goals, and evaluate results with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Special Education
• Experience teaching at the upper secondary level
• Good knowledge of dyscalculia
