Specialized Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top candidates with specific expertise to fill niche, hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods including social media, networking, and specialized job boards.
• Implement creative attraction strategies such as email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to build talent communities.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Promote diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups.

Requirements

• High School diploma required (Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred).
• 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Proven experience sourcing hard-to-fill positions within the US market.
• Proficiency in English.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques: Boolean, X-Ray, data mining, and aggregators.

• Strong research and market analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority sourcing tasks efficiently.
• Experience in specialized industry-specific recruitment.
