Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process
• Operate food industry machinery such as concentrators and pasteurizers
• Monitor boilers (if holding a level 2 boiler operator license)
• Work in a team within a production environment following hygiene, quality, and health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production environments (preferably canning, dairy, or fruit processing)
• High school diploma
• Ability to read technical data sheets and recipes for product mixing and blending
• Level 2 boiler operator license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Forklift license (preferred)
