Specialized Nurse for Practical Instruction

Responsibilities

• Guide and teach current training content to learners
• Plan instruction, set goals, and evaluate progress
• Coordinate training assignments and organize practical induction phases
• Conduct assessments of learning status, feedback, and evaluation interviews
• Work closely with doctors and therapists in the interdisciplinary treatment team

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or equivalent three-year qualification
• Completed training in practical instruction or willingness to complete it soon
• Passion for guiding trainees and recognition participants
• Empathic, structured, and responsible way of working
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
