Specialized Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Support daily department activities ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure proper functioning of all facility systems and equipment
• Respond promptly to guest requests and needs to ensure optimal service
• Perform effective and timely repairs on minor malfunctions
• Execute routine and extraordinary maintenance processes
• Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers for specialized maintenance tasks
