Specialized Lubricant Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform level verification and lubricant replenishment in equipment
• Inspect equipment related to lubrication functions
• Execute lubricant charge changes, purification, and filtration
• Lubricate grease points and verify centralized systems operation
• Lubricate chains, guides, joints, gears, and couplings
• Follow periodic inspection and lubrication schedules
• Collect technical equipment data for lubrication plan development
• Replace filter elements and collect lubricant samples for analysis
• Perform specific cleaning of hydraulic units
• Segregate used lubricants, filter elements, and degreasers for disposal
• Analyze laboratory reports from lubricant analyses
• Ensure reliability of hydraulic and lubrication units
• Maintain ISO quality standards and procedures
• Develop industrial lubrication plans and team training
• Utilize SAP system

Requirements

• Completed Technical course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Experience in Maintenance and specifically Lubrication
• Ability to perform repairs on Lincoln and Safematic centralized systems
• Proficiency in computer skills
